Parmesan walleye is always outstanding! Creole pasta is quickly becoming a new dinner favorite, too. Also recommend the Tavern Old Fashioned.

Although the server was knowledge about gluten allergies there was no clear information on the menu about gluten free options.

I had the duck, which is new on the menu and was delicious, and my husband went for the fried chicken dinner, which has been on the menu for awhile and also delicious. We sat at the bar, and had great service. We don’t come as often as we’d like because it’s a busy place, but definitely one of our favorites. Kudos to the chef for all the new dishes on the menu!

First timers. We wanted to bring our 10-month-old sheltie, Mac, for a nice New Year's lunch. The heated outdoor "paw-tio" is absolutely in the rotation now. We had spicy bloody marys, tamale cakes, french dip, and a full rack of baby back ribs. ALL of this is better than any of our regular taverny-type places. But be warned... I'm a very big eater and had to take home a half rack of the ribs. They are, um, plentiful and OH MY GOD do they fall off the bone. Mac had a small beef marrow bone and was obsessed with it.
