Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region). While Little Sister is known for its French Vietnamese menu, LSXO follows the same Southeast Asian inspiration with a more refined feel. “There is no signage for LSXO—you can spot the entrance of it tucked into a section inside Bluegold, but you’ll have to know it’s there.     We celebrated our wedding anniversary at their Costa Mesa location this weekend. Reservation was easy via OpenTable. The restaurant staffs were super friendly and attentive. They offered us unlimited FREE Róse. The food were amazingly delicious. Our service staffs, Jordan and Milton, were very attentive, and even chatted with us for a few minutes. Took pictures for us. The decorations were cute, warm and inviting. We had a great time, definitely would return and recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. A 5 Stars experience.

    Not sure why we waited so long to come here. By far, the best restaurant in Orange County. Everything was amazing. We had the dumplings, shaky beef, garlic noodles and bone marrow. Every dish was super delicious, including the desserts. Amazing cocktails, too!

And let me just say, their Bloody Mary is hands-down the best I’ve ever had! It was the perfect combination of spice and flavor, a total game-changer for brunch drinks. The indoor vibe was cozy and welcoming, with just the right mix of trendy and comfortable. What stood out the most was how family-friendly the space is. It’s rare to find a spot that caters so well to both parents and kids without compromising on style or quality. Perfect for a weekend treat or happy hour with friends—this place has it all.
