So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. A wonderful and beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was one of the best ever. The staff was amazing as they were extremely professional and efficient. They were sharp, fit, attentive, genuine, appropriate, helpful, caring, and dressed professionally. I haven’t seen this level of professionalism in a USA restaurant in many years. A truly unique and welcome experience.

I cannot recommend Wanda enough. The food is absolutely delicious. Like out of this world delicious. I highly recommend dining here. Our server, Noah, was also exceptional. We will beck often. A huge kudos to the executive chef. My taste buds were hopping. Well done.

Fabulous dining experience. My friend and I both ordered a special, chicken Italiano, chicken breasts topped with broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, provolone cheese in a wonderful white wine sauce. For dessert we split a piece of homemade cannoli cake, it was so big, we each had another piece to bring home. The complimentary glass of white sangria was freshly mixed and wonderful! Highly recommend the restaurant.
