This new site feels very different to St James and Covent Garden – we like to play with the design of each site! An open kitchen is front and centre, with dining counters overlooking the bar, kitchen and Bermondsey St itself. The menu is unique to Bermondsey. There are new dishes of course, plus the classics such as Chicken Milanese and the Osso Bucco Risotto.Our 100% Italian wine list as ever focuses on smaller quality focused winemakers and along side the regular wine list is a small frequently changing list of great wines only available in limited quantities.

Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca. We’ve long loved Canary Wharf and it's rich history of the nearby Docklands and Billingsgate Market, yet Blacklock in a glass tower never quite fit. One look at an old disused warehouse nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf underneath the train tracks of the North Dock and we knew we had found home.
