- TterryVIPAlabama •63 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt is cold outside. Every time the door opened, and was held open, it was cold. We love Dumbwaiter. And food was very good, except they plated my vegetable, green beans, early so the beans were cold. Not very good cold. Our waitress was very attentive. They put us at a two-top while all other twos were at a 4-top. I asked for a 4-top, but was told they were reserved. When we were done, there were still several 4-tops vacant. We usually order a variety of food and do need the 4-top for space. It was crowded. We made it work.More infoThe Dumbwaiter RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Contemporary Southern)• Mobile•4.7

- JJeremyMobile •1 review4.0Dined on 15 Dec 2024Overall we enjoyed our evening. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful to walk around and see the hotel's history and Christmas diplay. The dinner started with a disheveled and seemingly unhappy hostess. She certainly could care less that we were there. Our waitress, Rachel was pleasant and very friendly. She was knowledgeable about the menu and shared some details about the hotel's hstory. My wife had the scallops and I had the mushroom alfredo with steak. My wife did not like the scallops and only ate half of her meal. She stated that something was off with the scallops and did not appreciate the bacon risotto. My alfredo was good and very rich. The steak was properly prepared and seasoned well.More infoThe Trellis Room - The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel and SpaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Mobile•4.5
