My friend and I each enjoyed the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection. The French onion soup was also delicious. Mark was our server and he took care of our table impeccably. We asked for a corner table and the sweet hostess sat in a cozy spot.

We are Melting Pot regulars. Our favorite items to order are the cheese and then a chocalate item for desert. We skip the main course and order double cheese. After all, it is the cheese and the bread that we are there for. We also save the time for those in our family that do mot eat meat. We had a fantastic waitress the last 3 times we visited this location. The cheese was awesome as usual.

We love this place, and our New Year brunch did not disappoint. Brother Fox always has a trick up his sleeve. Never fails to surprise and delight. Extra thanks to our server Lauren for making a memorable day.

Fantastic dining across all culinary areas. Our waiter explained the menu in detail to include information outside the menu applicable to our meal. Chef’s attention to detail, creativity, and taste were impeccable! The chef also took time to visit our table asking for our feedback and offering a test dessert for the upcoming holiday. Lastly, the flavors and taste of each aspect of our meal courses were exquisite! The wagyu beef was sensational, cooked perfectly with its heavy fatty-meat transition. Very tasty flavor hints within the fluffed garnish greens and overlapping the avocado slices in the lobster-shrimp salad were a very nice touch! The Bonsai is a unique high-end Japanese sushi restaurant that caters to a niche palate and wallet. I highly recommend Bonsai to visitors of Pensacola and the beach looking for a unique classy flavorful dining venue!
