Best Cosy Restaurants in Oakland Park

The restaurant ambiance is very lovely. We sat in the “library “ which is somewhat quieter albeit out of the mainstream and therefore service was good but not outstanding. My husband and I ordered the Dover sole. This was NOT the first time eating this fish. Ours was much different than we’ve ever had before. It was meatier and chewier than most Dover sole we’ve had, which is typically light and less dense. I was surprised by the consistency. It tasted great but just want the Dover sole we are used to?. The shrimp dish was quite good. The tiramisu delicious. We had a very nice experience.

Always a delicious meal. The Dolce eggplant appetizer is so good. Love the pear pasta purses with Gorgonzola cream sauce. If they have the pistachio cheesecake get it.

Serafina is always a favorite. We like that it’s off the beaten path, making it a hidden gem. There are plenty of Italian restaurants in South Florida, but there are only a few that are consistently delicious.

Michael and Ashton made quality drinks at happy hour. Sammy made an excellent recommendation for wine to pair with dinner that Patricia served with elegance and attention to details. The sea bass was moist and the lobster tails, each topped with a crab cake, was a delight for my companion. We thought the pricing was reasonable for the quality of the food and high level of service.

Our server, Alyssa, was amazing!!! Great personality and great sense of humor! We loved her. The food and drinks were amazing! First timers here - we will definitely be back- we want Alyssa again! Thanks Alyssa 😊
