Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Great night with Chaunti! She was so helpful with the new menu and she is so friendly! Our food (salad and lasagna) was outstanding- HUGE compliments to the kitchen staff! The manager stopped by to visit and he was wonderful! Outstanding service and delicious food in a very well managed restaurant- highly recommend!

We started with the Burrata which was uniquely delicious. Secondly, we enjoyed the meatballs. We split the lamb chops as our meal. They were perfectly prepared. Our waiter was very attentive, and he did not rush us to finish. It was an enjoyable evening!

The experience was nice with the waitress and the food was really good. I would definitely go back here. They catered to us when we told her that we didn't want certain things in the bowl so it was nice that they were able to do that.
