Nearly every dish is touched by the glowing embers of our custom-forged pits, smoker, or grill, all fueled by native wood. Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there. Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients.

Friendly service (perfect balance of attentiveness - as soon as we finished a dish, it was taken away so quietly and quickly we almost didn’t see them! Our server (Alexis) made the evening extra special with great recommendations, friendly interaction and a bubbly upbeat personality. Comfortable searing, perfect lighting/temperature. Noise level low to moderate (no problems hearing your dinner companions). Food was incredible! Every dish was perfectly balanced, the attention to detail and presentation fabulous. Wiat time for food after order was short. They have a sommelier if you wish, but wines by the glass were well chosen. Can’t wait to come back!!

Restaurant Claudine is a charming dining spot set in an old house, giving it a cozy, intimate atmosphere with several rooms to enjoy your meal. The food was absolutely amazing—my Steak and Frites was perfectly cooked, and my wife’s Halibut was a standout dish as well. I appreciate that their menu changes frequently, offering a fresh experience each visit. The only drawback was the acoustics. With so many hard surfaces and the lively energy of people talking and laughing, it was quite noisy, making it difficult to hear the server explain the menu items. Overall, if you’re seeking exceptional food in a unique setting, Restaurant Claudine is worth a visit. Just be prepared for a vibrant, bustling ambiance!

We’re locals so heading downtown for dinner can be a bit of a pain, but this restaurant is absolutely worth it. The service is top notch and the restaurant is beautiful. Most importantly, the food is amazing. We started with the crab cake and hot stone wagyu and I highly recommend both. For entrees, the prime ribeye was one of the best steaks I have ever had, and the halibut was perfectly prepared. Overall, it was a beautiful evening, and an outstanding experience. We will absolutely be back! Pro tip- don’t fill up on the Parker house rolls!!
