Sweet Lula’s Restaurant is a BYOB avant-garde unique Brunch and Dinner romantic cosy dining experience in Pitman, New Jersey. We won an award for our famous sweet potato sausage corn chowder. We are close to Rowan University.We are family owned and operated by executive chef Anthony Asbury (a very famous Puppeteer) he has an Emmy displayed in the restaurant and has worked with Jim Henson and Steven Spielberg. We also play movies which we project onto a large screen which is very unique ! We are a free-flowing scratch kitchen plus veggie, vegan, and gluten-free friendly. Keep your eyes out for Chef Anthony's British wife, Lula (a previous famous pop star and Model in the 80s), she may be singing a few songs on Friday and Saturday nights. We open Thursday to Sunday for Dinner 5pm-9pm and Brunch Saturdays and Sundays 10am-3pm. Come try our food and see what everyone is talking about. Steak and Seafood is our speciality.     We try and visit Scotland run as often as possible because their food is excellent, and the service and ambiance is fantastic. If that is not good enough (and it certainly is) Their Sunday brunch buffet is epic and they are always doing something unique like live music inside or on the outside patio, murder mysteries, comedy shows, wine or bourbon tasing nights and much more. Our most recent visit had us going to a dueling pianos show, complete with a dinner buffet and cash bar. The food was amazing, and the dueling piano show was great. They had almost everyone singing out loud by the time it was over. Do yourself a big favor and get on their mailing list. You will not regret it.

    Our server was excellent. Though there didn't seem to be enough staff. Tables a bit to close together. Felt like I was eavesdropping on the table behind us. Food was excellent.
