Best Date Night Restaurants in ASD-TBD (NA)

From the moment we sat down we felt like we’d made the right choice for a rare date night. The service was warm, helpful and welcoming and the food was amazing!!!! The best squid and pork belly we have ever had.

the food is really good, but you’ll wait ages for it. Our waiter was nice enough but presumably spread too thin because we didn’t see him often. When we were like 40 mins into waiting for mains he came up and asked if we were waiting for mains.. not sure what else we would be doing there for that long haha. One of our party got the fish which was listed as coming with potato millefeuille, but it came out with chips - they were nice enough chips, and at that point we’d been waiting ages so we weren’t going to kick up a fuss about it but we were surprised nobody mentioned there’d be a replacement when it was ordered.

We had a fabulous experience at Hochi Mama! Waiter was so attentive and helpful and the food was absolutely outstanding. High energy ambiance and overall a fantastic night out. Thanks so much Hochi Mama 😊

What a little gem! Great service, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. We had the $49 Saigon social deal. Amazing value for the amount of fantastic food we received. The spicy salmon was insanely delicious. Cocktails were beautiful and so refreshing. The spice girl packed a punch, definitely our favorite. Will definitely be visiting again soon. If you want a review of the steaks at Meat Maiden, scroll on. I didn’t order steak…which is perhaps akin to going to Red Rooster and not ordering chicken. I went for the miso cauliflower, perhaps not the first choice of most diners. But I made our reservation because I knew my mega-carnivorous husband would love it. And he did. So yes, the food was excellent. Go for the food. But waaaaaaaay better than the food were the staff. Unlike the current trend for waitstaff to make it obvious they’d rather be anywhere than taking your food order, MM staff all genuinely looked like they wanted to be there. They were joyful, engaging and had each other’s backs. They worked together like a well oiled machine and it was fun and heart warming to watch. I’d go back for the chips. For the crème caramel, for the cauliflower and the donut. My husband would go back for the burnt ends and the pork belly and scallops. But most of all, we’d go back for Nathan and the rest of the staff.
