Best Date Night Restaurants in Downtown Cleveland / Playhouse Square

My food was really good, I ordered the stuffed mushrooms, iceberg wedge salad, and the salmon entree everything was delicious! The service could have been better, it took a while for the bartender to take for my order, she never took the empty plates. (I sat at the bar so it wasn’t much space) I did have a bunch of flies flying around my food. Also I don’t drink there wasn’t a mocktail option on the menu.

Our server, Ben, was absolutely wonderful! He was polite, kind, and responsive. It was a bit chilly in the restaurant when we got there though. Every staff person we encountered was super-kind. My meal was terrific; for the most part, my mom's meal was great, but she felt a portion of her duck meal could have been cooked longer. Other than that, this was our first time at Fahrenheit and we were very impressed!

Excellant food. Amazing seafood selection with nicely paired sides. Service was fast and pleasant. Cocktails were imaginative and tasty. Very convenient for Playhouse Square.

Ghost Light Restaurant is our go to restaurant when attending plays at Playhouse Square. Food is excellent and service is too! We enjoy our server, Star, who we always request because of her attentiveness to us and prompt service. We will continue to go to Ghost Light in the future as we continue with seasonal tickets at Playhouse Square.

We had the seven vegetable salad and the scallops to start. Scallops, along with all the accoutrements that came with it, were phenomenal. Even the complimentary bread was fantastic, served with hummus. For entrees, we had the duck and the lamb, both were amazing. The skin of the duckbreast was crispy and melted in your mouth, the lamb shank fell off the bone. They were out of the dessert we wanted but the server came up with a solution that accommodated us nicely.
