Christopher Hirsheimer and Melissa Hamilton—the women behind Canal House Station—are cooks, writers, and artists. In 2007 they founded Canal House, which includes a publishing venture and a culinary, photography, and design studio. Their cookbook "Canal House Cooks Every Day" received a James Beard Award in 2012. In 2019, Christopher and Melissa opened Canal House Station, a hidden gem tucked into an elegantly restored 1870s train station on the banks of the Delaware River in Milford, NJ. What a fantastic dinner! We enjoyed black currant & vanilla spritzers, red wine, cranberry mimosas, a delectable cheese board, sautéed shrimp, yellowfin tuna, Snickerdoodle lattes, and peppermint hot chocolate. Every dish was perfect—wonderful flavors, ideal temperatures, and everything was simply outstanding. Oscar was an excellent waiter, making the experience even better.

We love coming to Ninety acres for special occasions. Last night was a birthday dinner. Love the ambiance. I like sitting in either the bar area or on a banquette in the main dining room. Always a classy experience!

Tapas on Main is a wonderful dining experience! The menu choices were abundant and the cocktails were very interesting and delicious. My Mediterranean salad was fresh and filling. Service was great. I will definitely be back!

Outstanding and fun! 4 of us attended Friday Spaghetti night with "local's" along with joined tables, beautiful warm environment, perfect service and the home made pasta bolognese with a crisp salad, just right garlic bread and homemade Tiramisu ice cream was just what we needed on a cold December evening. Can't wait to return!
