What started out as a butcher shop concept, has evolved and changed over the years to become a full-service restaurant, which was solidified with the restaurant's move to a larger space in 2022. At Bavette, the consumer will enjoy complete transparency of its food moving from farm to plate. Although the butcher shop has been phased out, the restaurant still works with the same farms, and uses the same high quality meats on its menu, which consists of a daily changing menu consisting of salads, sandwiches, small plates, pates, cheese, and charcuterie boards. So glad we chose DanDan for our family birthday celebration dinner! First win, they are open on Monday. Our server Garrett was super friendly and attentive. Ordering 1-2 dishes apiece was perfect so we could share and sample everything. Beef chow fun was awesome!

We had a great meal at Avli! We got there earlier than our reservation, so we had a nice drink at the bar and then were seated promptly at our appointed time. We did a variety of hot and cold meze and made a meal out of that. Favorites included: dolmades, zucchini fritters, octopus and an amazing dish with cheese and peppered fig. Service was attentive without being intrusive. I had been to Avli previously but my 3 guests had not—everyone began to plan return visits.

We came for the thanksgiving buffet. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and the food was delicious. The owner stopped by our table to see how we liked the food, and told us they will have buffets for the upcoming holidays with different menus for each.
