Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Spectacular meal with incredible service. I was a bit disappointed by the dessert selection, but I'm a pastry chef with high standards and an Italian background. Very beautiful environment and the staff treated us well at every interaction. Will absolutely return here.

The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.
