Best Date Night Restaurants in Nashville

We had the most wonderful time. Our server was very attentive and thoughtful. It was later in the evening with no new reservations coming in. We were super cold and she moved us near the fire place. Made the experience much better. Our meals were wonderful. I had the beef tenderloin and they did allow me to leave off the pepper sauce. My husband had the salmon and daughter had the lamb. Every dish we would get again. The ambiance were so nice. Every decoration placed perfectly. Loved it so much!

What a beautiful setting! The food was amazing and our waitress was attentive. However, the music in the restaurant was loud like club music. That’d be fine if it were downstairs at the bar but this elegant room should have had a different effect.

A little loud but not crowded at all, the Iberian Pig promises big flavors on tiny plates. Every dish we had was outstanding, from the crisp, lightly dressed Waldorf salad, to the marinated olives, the spectacular selection of meats and cheeses (including a local cheese that was a delight), the croquettes and crostini and sauces and dips -- everything was phenomenal. And the desserts! We opted for the seasonal dessert, as well as the olive oil gelato and the burnt Basque cheesecake with black garlic dulce de leche. I'm going to be dreaming about the desserts until we get a chance to come back! The prices were fair; our family of three, tax and tip included, spent about $220 for a 2-meat, 3-cheese charcuterie; 3 desserts; 7 dishes; and a couple Cokes. Plus the kitchen gave us two free dishes due to a mix-up on their end. All the servers & FOH/BOH staff were amazing. We came in just after getting married. Everyone from John on the phone when we had to change our reservation a bit, to the host, to our server, Zack (Zach?) were incredibly lovely and sweet. Zack was wonderful- attentive, kind, and adorably excited for us to be there celebrating such a special day. Thank you to everyone there for making a big moment that much more special! (also the space is beautiful and the food was delicious!)

With all of the new restaurants opening in Nashville, we hadn't been to Henrietta Red in a couple of years. I was reminded last night on what delicious and uniquely inventive dishes they offer. The beet salad had layered flavors, as did the amazing chicken liver pate, served with wood-fired bread. The gem salad was fresh, crisp and had a thick, flavorful caesar dressing with crunchy bits of toast--amazing. The fried eggplant had a nice light and spicy crust, and the juicy eggplant interior burst in your mouth on the first bite--a sensation worth trying. The spaghetti with grilled veggies and ancho-chili oil--how brilliant and tasty. We plan to go back more often--still one of the top restaurants in Nashville!! Easy to park too! Friendly and courteous staff.
