Best Date Night Restaurants in Polaris

It was my spouse’s birthday, and we’re pretty sure the host gave us the best seat in the restaurant—could not have been more perfect. Our server, Bethany, was friendly and attentive—10/10 service from her. Overall we had such a great experience. We will be back and will recommend to others.

We enjoy dining at Eddie Merlots frequently, and for a special occasion we don’t believe there’s a better choice. This meal was a wonderful experience. We had a larger party than normal so indulged in the seafood tower as a starter. The tuna poke stood out among the excellent offerings. The steaks and seafood chosen for individual meals was all prepared perfectly, and we chose multiple sides to share. The tempura green beans were a favorite. We finished with a variety of desserts as well. The bananas foster table-side presentation always impresses, and after-dinner drinks were a great way to end our meals.

I had the lobster linguini. It had a good amount of lobster meat in the dish. My girlfriend had the Chilean sea bass. This fish was cooked perfectly. Only note was it could have used more vinaigrette. Lastly we were there celebrating my girl friend’s EMT school graduation. They came out with a crème brulee with a chocolate saying congratulations on it. Was a lovely end to an amazing meal. Lastly the waiting staff was very accommodating, making sure we had a great evening.

When one of our party was unable to get a side dish item with their entree, chef Derrick came out to the table to let us know, and find an alternative. Such personal integrity in one's craft is not usually seen these days. He also followed up with complimentary desserts to go. Five stars for service from the back of the house on this occasion.
