Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. Our restaurant is a casual vibe that is perfect for dinner with friends and family, date nights, or to enjoy cheering on our Boston teams on one of our 11 TVs. We are open for lunch Monday-Friday at 12pm, with our main menu available until 10pm; and our late-night menu is available 10pm-12am daily.     Enjoyed my first time at Steel and Rye! Menu is a bit limited but the burger was delicious. Great martini and even better after dinner affogato. The place was warm, well lit and decorated tastefully for Christmas! Will be back 😃

    Had a birthday celebration lunch for our mom and she was obsessed! Such a great choice and we were all 1st timers so very impressed with quality of food and wonderful ambience with great water views on the wharf, staff well attentive too! Got a complimentary delish light chocolate piece of heaven with a lit candle to make it extra special! Will definitely be returning, and it’s worth the trip from Boston and my mother drove and hour from the Cape and I’m sure she’d do it again in a heartbeat! Nice work

    My partners and I go here every weds night for dinner. As always, this week was spectacular with a twist. The block lost power due to the storm that day just as desert was coming out. The management and staff handled themselves and the situation professionally as we sat by candlelight eating our desert. I know it was stressful for the staff, but it was actually a very nice atmosphere at the table. Kudos to all!
