Best Date Night Restaurants in Taylorsville

The experience exceeded our expectations. We arrived 10 minutes early and our table was reserved! The place is small but cozy and very elegant. Everything is very clean. We loved the decor and the care taken to match the colors in every detail of the furniture, table layout, cutlery, accessories, packaging, bathrooms... The service was excellent and very friendly. The pizzas were another show in themselves, they were incredible, very tasty and well seasoned. Everything was perfect in every detail. My only observation was the plate. They are personalized and very elegant, but it was uncomfortable to cut the pizza on a rough surface that causes a lot of friction. But it didn't diminish our admiration for the place, and we already have a new date set to return!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing. The bartender Brian made her experience better than ever. We will definitely be coming back because of him. Great ambience, great atmosphere great people! Definitely a five star by LANCE and Jenn.

Log Haven is simply the best! It is so beautiful. The food was outstanding. The artichoke soup and the seared tuna were perfectly delicious. I could have eaten the rolls and butter non-stop. This my favorite go to place for special occasions and when we have guests from out of town. I love Log Haven!

We love coming to Matteo’s. We were finally able to visit their new location in downtown Salt Lake City and it is beautiful. It’s bigger than their first location but still has all the charm and familiarity. I am really touched by their ability to make you feel like a special guest. I love seeing familiar faces and the fact that they remember you is really heart warming and something a lot of restaurants don’t prioritize as part of the dining experience. The food was outstanding, as usual. We love getting the steak special whenever it is available. It really is one of the best steaks in Utah (and I’ve been to just about every steakhouse here). Of course though, the pasta is always delicious and their desserts are usually something I never pass on.

Great, attentive staff. Food is wonderful, good selection. Would highly recommend.
