Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Stoke Poges

To describe this as just another gastro-pub would be doing it a huge injustice. The food and service is exceptional and would challenge many a top end restaurant. The fact that you can enjoy it in an informal and relaxed atmosphere is an added bonus.

I chose the Greene Oak for a family birthday meal as the food never disappoints and we always receive great service. Today was no exception and they even did a small birthday dessert as a surprise which was much appreciated. We will be back again soon!

The Poisonnerie was suprb The service was fantastic and it was a beautiful day so having lunch outside on the Thames was a wonderful experience as was meeting my second daughter totally unexpectedly

We were a table of six that came for Sunday lunch for my birthday. We had all of the roasts covered (except vegan), a burger with all of the trimmings and a kid’s bolognaise. All the food was excellent, with good sized portions. The service was friendly and attentive but not overpowering. My only negative and I shouldn’t complain because we don’t see the sun for my birthday, in March, very often was that it got pretty warm under the glass, it would have been nice to open a few windows for air. Thanks very much for a fabulous meal.

Lovely food. Very good service. Was bit noisy for Sunday morning but maybe I’m just getting old! Would definitely revisit. Thank you.
