The Two Sawyers is a 16th Century Inn recently refurbished and under family ownership. We pride ourselves on serving excellent beer and food. The Ferry Inn is a serendipitous country public house with welcoming staff, character rooms, candlelight, open fires, real ales, popular foods and fantastic sunsets. A 17th Century former smugglers haunt-- this is a pretty little pub in a lovely marshland setting with tables and benches on the front terrace and in the back alongside the riverbank. Inside it's very easygoing and chatty. The main bar has hop-draped painted beams, a green dado, and stools against the bar where they serve a beer called Oxney Ale specially brewed for the pub by Westerham Brewery. To the right is a cosy eating area with wheelback chairs-- ideal for a banquette with friends around a few long tables.

2nd visit with friends for lunch and another very good experience served by lovely staff. a good selection of specials and basket meals along with a good main menu. good overall. fine selection of beers to complement the meals. !!down side is no self closure on the toilet door and had i realised when were seated i’d haved moved !.. come on it’s £10 to solve it !!

We had a fantastic table outside. Service was friendly and professional. The Sunday roast of beef was delicious, yummy fish bites and a great selection of drinks. Later we moved inside to wait for the band which was fun and energetic. It was a really fun afternoon. Thanks.
