The music on the patio was pleasant, but WAY TOO LOUD to have conversation. I had looked up the menu online before going for the first time and was disappointed that the menu I viewed was not available at "brunch". My group went for lunch. Jason, our waiter, was pleasant and accommodating to our requests. The decor is nice and intentional. The patio ambience was very pleasant.

The Prado at Christmastime; it doesn’t get any more iconic San Diego than that! We dined with good friends, brought in one bottle of wine and ordered one at the table. Food was outstanding; our server, Katarina, was attentive and knowledgeable and good natured. Very good at her job! We had a great table and were never rushed to next course. It was a beautiful relaxing evening to share an outstanding dining experience with great friends.

When we got there, they brought the 3 of us to what we thought was the back room... no one in it but us... it WAS 5:45. We were mistaken... by the time we had finished our food, the place was packed... We started with Margaritas, GF had a cucumber one, the Cadillac with a mini Gran Marnier bottle stuck upside down in it... Novel and you DID get enough... The bartender made a GREAT Cadillac and I asked for extra salt... and he was the ONLY one out of the many that actually gave me extra salt... 3/4 " around the lip of the glass... The Online Menu had a Short Rib Burrito, but the Chef changes the menu and it wasn't there. On the waiter's suggestion, I had him ask the Chef if he would make it for me... and the Chef said Yes,... Well, to sum it up... Great food, Great drinks, Great Service, and a Great Chef made for (you guessed it) A GREAT EVENING !!!
