Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Blackhawk

Good place to get a casual lunch. The food selection was good and satisfactory. Service was great.

While it took some time to order, the food came out too quickly.

Certainly one of the more interesting vegan restaurants…well thought out entrees and starters! Would be hard duplicate at home! Love this place!

The Cooperage was very busy when we arrived with many waiting for tables. We were seated promptly for our reservation and the noise level was pretty high with the restaurant full and the pull-down doors closed due to weather. Service was friendly but there were gaps in attention at times. We were not in a hurry, but our entrée orders was not taken until after we had finished eating our appetizers and it took a long time for our entrees to arrive compared to tables around ours. I am sure the busy night with a full house was a factor. Food was great, appetizers tuna tartare and brussels sprouts, entrees steak frites, fried chicken, ahi sandwich, and short ribs. The group enjoyed craft cocktails, wine and draft beer. Look forward to our next visit.

Love this location. Right across from the lake, so maybe a long walk before or after, right? Great lunch. The Brussels sprouts are delicious!
