- WWoodyChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur experience started at the front door with my request to have our table set for side by side dining and immediately handled by the lovely receptionist. The room is the most unique dining spot in Santa Rosa and it's fun to watch the bar work and see all of the dishes being served. It's styled as a high end bistro and certainly comes off in that realm. Our waiter Ben was well versed in the menu and adept at offering wine selections to match with our menu selections. The menu prices are reasonable for the style and quality of the food but I have to say that the wine list is priced for the destination customer who is looking for an experience. A very pleasant and comfortable experience overallMore infoAugie's FrenchPrice: Moderate• French• Santa Rosa•4.7

- LLeonGreater Boston •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is an exceptional destination for dinner in restaurant-laden Healdsburg. Comfortably presented in what used to be a small house with a nicely landscaped back yard, the environment is much less chaotic than a commercial restaurant space. The menu and wine list are extensive, with a range of choices to please all tastes. We enjoyed an all-tapas meal, including bacalao cigarillos (outstanding), crispy chicken thighs, sauteed spinach, chorizo & shishito peppers, and las patatas bravas. We had a nice, steely, refreshing Spanish white wine, El Coto, which complemented all dishes. The sauces kicked each of the dishes up a notch, with romesco and romesco aioli mayonnaise being most memorable. We were attended by what seemed like a horde of staff, rather than a particular server, but all were very enthusiastic and moved with blurry speed. We were STUFFED by the five tapas we ordered, so we did not even consider dessert, but the coffee we ordered sticks out as the best we've had in recent experience: it is served in a metal French press, with a uniform grind that is sized to be effectively filtered out by a very fine mesh screen in the press (no grounds or fines make it into the coffee). I don't know the brand of coffee, but it was very rich and smooth, without bitterness or acidity. So different from the coffee I make for myself that I feel like I'm obliged to rave about it. Even the furniture of this place was memorable. If you are visiting Healdsburg you must try Bravas.More infoBravas Bar de TapasPrice: Moderate• Spanish• Healdsburg•4.6
- BBarbaraSan Francisco Bay Area •23 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI have been to Grossman's several times, usually for lunch and brunch, both of which are excellent. Our dinner at Grossman's was terrific; very tasty and well-prepared. One suggestion is that they serve a vegetable in lieu of one of the two starches that accompany the chicken kebabs. The wine I had was very nice and reasonably priced; my husband loved his bloody mary. We'll be back!More infoGrossman's Noshery & BarPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Santa Rosa•4.6
