Best Family Style Restaurants in Art District on Santa Fe

A wonderful collection of dishes, each one unique. Ceviche and the fish tacos were by far our favorites, but everything was good…and different. Family style so you can order a lot of different dishes and share. The ambiance was great with cinderblocks adding a Mexican feel. We had bench seating but they had pillows which made it comfortable. Our waiter was spot on with everything and helpful. Don’t really have anything negative to say; people had their favorite dishes but everything was good.

This was our first time at A5. Our server, Ashley AKA Ash was incredible from the get go. She organized the courses that they all came out timely. We all enjoyed the food. We had the hamachi and beef tartare for appetizer, followed by wedge salads- all shared. For entrees we ordered the scallops, Picanha steak and salmon. For me, I would order the salmon with the miso sauce on the side- a little salty. We were seated upstairs which was great as we wanted a quieter area. We can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely fantastic dinner. We were seated quickly and our food came out very quickly. Drinks were delicious. They had left us a card for anniversary and all of the staff signed it, it was really sweet. We were so excited about the Wagyu sliders that we forgot to take a picture. The bacon wrapped dates were 10 out of 10 in the boa buns were perfect. The vibe was great and the place was packed. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

My sister and I went for a late dinner. This place was gorgeous! Great ambiance, lovely, knowledgeable waitress and great drinks! The food was good too! The only thing I would say is we ordered steak medium well and it came out a bit undercooked. We were so hungry that we went ahead with most of it except for the centerpieces that were just too undercooked for us to eat. When our waitress came over to check on us, we told her about it… She assured us that it could be cooked longer, but since we only had a few pieces left, we did not take the offer. However, we did order dessert and she ended up comping us the dessert to our surprise! Overall, this was a very good experience and a beautiful place! Although it was too cold to sit out on the rooftop patio… they encouraged us to walk out and take a tour… It was breathtaking! Make your reservation ☺️

Food was very good. Service was excellent. It’s loud in there because there isn’t much to break up the noise but that’s not a deal breaker. We were a little surprised at the portion sizes of the pasta dishes. I’m not saying they should serve an entire family but they seemed a little skimpy. The branzino was delicious. We’ll go back for sure.
