- MMelanieLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is the second time we have gone to Rockwood Grill. First time was Father’s Day and now for Thanksgiving. We sat on the patio this time with beautiful views. Service was wonderful and an abundance of yummy food. The had a separate room just for desserts. The only problem we had was a disagreement on the bill. I had $75 for adults and $28 for children. Our bill came and we were charged $150 per adult and 50 for child. I luckily had a picture of the menu with the price and asked my server about it. I don’t know why it was advertised on Facebook this way? Anyway, they charged me $75 per our two adults and I appreciated it. I definitely wouldn’t have made reservations for that price. I would go back again but would make sure I called ahead and got clarification on prices.More infoRockwood Grill and Blue Star LoungePrice: Expensive• American• Palm Desert•4.5

- LLynvipPhiladelphia County •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe pre-Thanksgiving, prix fixe menu was good. Most of the food was perfectly cooked. The butternut squash soup was AMAZING. The salads were super good, mine being quite unique with a goat cheese-beet spread smeared on the bottom of the bowl. My partner had the prime rib which was perfectly cooked, but a bit bland. I had the Branzino which was PERFECT. Melted in your mouth. The pies themselves were good, but the crust was kind of awful. Very floury. The only real complaint I had was the price of the drinks, I know we chose a higher end whiskey, but not THAT higher end - $36/ea for an old fashioned was a lot!! Either way, I’d go again. Looking forward to trying their Italian food!More infoItalicaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Indio•4.8
- BBryanAtlanta Metro •15 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Nov 2024This is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had! And the pricing is totally reasonable especially considering it's located in a casino. I went with three friends so there were four of us total. They have a full bar so we each started out with a drink (margarita, dirty martini, wine and beer). Most all of their meals are served family style so we shared the delicious large size wonton soup and it was the perfect size for four people (they also have single serving sizes). Then we shared an order each of calamari, sizzling pepper steak, shrimp wok fried rice, and spicy green curry with chicken. Every single dish was absolutely delicious! Our server, Irene, was very attentive and extremely nice, and the ambiance is attractive and not too loud. Our bill came to $149 before tip (that is $37 per person and really good pricing for the Palm Springs, CA area). I would highly recommend this restaurant! I look forward to going back because there are so many other menu items I want to try.More infoJOY Asian Cuisine - Fantasy Springs Resort CasinoPrice: Moderate• Asian• Indio•4.6
