We process this corn from raw and turn it into masa for dishes all across our menu, like our Sope, Tamal, and of course, Tortillas. There is a saying in Mexico that we live by at Fonda Fora: "Sin maiz no hay pais," meaning without corn, there is no country. Such a wonderful place. I almost don’t want to tell anyone and just keep this amazing restaurant a secret. The staff, the food, the ambience was just so hip and comfortable and the vibe was truly perfect. It’s a place to celebrate with friends or enjoy a romantic dinner.

Fantastic all around. Love the new space. Gifted bartender. Food was great. Noisy in a good way. Lively, good music. Cozy. I was skeptical when I heard about a move to Marda Loop but it was great!
