- RROBINNew York City •1045 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was a late (9 pm) evening decision, to go out for a light bite, post a Jack and Jill Baby Shower. Where to go to get some healthy fare like salad, oysters, mussels and clams? Aha, La Griglia was the answer. And so we were off. As always we were greeted with big smiles and a “great to see you”. The service and food was spectacular. .Be it a quick bite or a 3 course dinner, choosing La Griglia is always a great choice!More infoLa GrigliaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Kenilworth•4.9

Most of the tables were set for two and so with valentine’s conversation it was louder than expected but we could still hear each other. We ordered off of the special menu and were not disappointed! We had the octopus and clams for appetizers and the shrimp/scallops with pasta and the strip steak (order medium because they tend to come less done than traditional orders)… all was amazing - best we’ve had at any restaurant in awhile! They also added giving out a single red rose to each lady coming in …. Somehow I got missed, which I was a bit annoyed at as I watched every other patron receive one! They did correct this. Regardless, we can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes on the regular menu!More infoChef Fredy's TablePrice: Moderate• American• Morristown•4.7
- JJoyceNew Jersey •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI had heard about Rails from numerous people who have always raved about it. So, I was very excited in anticipation. The restaurant is beautiful right alongside the Towaco Railroad Station. Plenty of help valet parking but a bit of a walk to get inside. The ambiance is nice with an extensive top notch wine list. But our waitress was not as knowledgeable about the menus that might have been a good opportunity for an upsell for our order. And it was kind of hard to get over that my guest’s lobster tail arrived raw. In sending it back when I asked the waitress about it she said oh! I didn’t talk to them, they’re very busy with it being the holiday. . . Not a very good first impression. Not even an apology. I would go back though. And I understand you can take a tour and go through the secret door to the bar in the cellar. The menu is a la carte which make it seem expensive, but the prices are actually quite reasonable.More infoRails SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Montville•4.6
