    As my wife and I have been doing for the last 7 years, we had our first night dinner in Vegas at Carmines. Again, they did not disappoint. Started out with a 9 ounce glass of Pinot Grigio along with a basket of fresh bread. Had Carmines scrumptious baked clams and then fabulous veal parmigiana. Will be coming back in January and you better believe our first nights dinner will be at Carmines. Maybe our last nights dinner as well.

    “Catch Las Vegas exceeded all our expectations! The service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and made our experience even more special. The food? Incredible!     We reserved our dining spot for 7 well in advanced and were seated fairly quickly. The view inside was amazing, and we appreciate the lazy Susan on the tables for food sharing. We had some small plates and ramen to share. Cucumbers and the rice cakes are a must-order. Ramen is okay, nothing mind blowing. I did enjoy my 7 spice slushie. Service was basic. I expected a better service for such a nice establishment. Server did not bother checking on us or offering to bring anything else. Otherwise it was a pretty good dining experience.
