    My boyfriend and I went to Butcher & The Boar for Valentine's Day and it was perfect! The food was phenomenal— the long rib was so tender, the cheddarwurst sausage was delicious, the chive + sour cream mashed potatoes were the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. Our server, Ian, was wonderful! He was attentive and fun! Highly recommend Butcher & The Boar!

    Since we went on valentines day it was a set menu. The food itself was great and now I want to go back to try the regular menu. We stayed at the hotel (hewing) also so we went back for breakfast and that was amazing!

    We had a great experience! Waitstaff was great, helpful and upbeat, even in Valentines Day! Our apps and steaks were delicious and our cocktails were really well prepared.

    We had Javen for the second time as our server. Can't say how lucky we were. He is outstanding in everyway. We will make sure we request him on our next visit. Great service and great food.
