From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We had such a special holiday tea. Each person gets to make their own selection of tea and gets their own pot. We got to take home a box of the special anniversary tea and make some extra holiday selections from a roving cart. We loved the special treat at the end to celebrate our anniversary- really sweet considering this was not something we directly communicated to the restaurant. Amazing service!
