    The Ruxton was an absolutely amazing experience . Everyone from the hostess to the busboys were amazing . Our waitress, Taylor, was nothing short of spectacular. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave us the perfect recommendations ! I literally refuse to have anyone else as our waitress ! The service was superb ! The food was great!!! I am a super picky eater but… literally every thing we ordered was good!!!! Please get the jalapeño grits and butter cake …. Thank me later !!

    Beautiful restaurant with a view of the city and a close-up view of the Washington Monument. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, it was easy to carry on a conversation at the table. The food quality was excellent, and the portions were moderate. The short ribs were tender, and the dish was like a comfortable Sunday dinner just like our waitress described. The Blue Catfish was also excellent. Hannah, our waitress was attentive and easily answered any questions we asked. So overall a great atmosphere, delicious food and a view that can't be beat!

    Great service. Almost like a private dining experience. Food was excellent. I had the Mahi with crab imperial. My fiancé had a fat steak. Vanilla old fashioneds were excellent and the vanilla bean gelato was to die for
