Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town.Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Daniel Crump and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the pub and restaurant was named as the ‘One to Watch in the UK’s prestigious Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, named a TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award Winner, and voted the best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon by guests in the annual Muddy Stilettos awards. The Greyhound is made up of 3 key areas for guests to enjoy: an intimate drinking lounge and outside drinking terrace, the main restaurant for dining (upstairs and downstairs), and an outdoor covered and heated dining terrace. The authentic cuisine was delicious, not too spicy nor over flavoured. The ingredients are fresh and well crafted & blended to create some great dishes. The ambience is bright & welcoming with understated chic making the surroundings great for relaxed, comfortable dining.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in a long time. The staff were attentive, the dishes were so tasty and fresh. The menu offered a variety of classic curry's, traditional dishes and chef specials. We also popped outside as we were intrigued by the huge outdoor area at the back, I look forward to dining in the summer! They didn't have any cocktails available but a wide selection of wines and spirits.

The food and service is always consistent and always enjoyable, we’ve been back so many times, it’s definitely one of the best Sunday roasts for miles around! We have tried many local pubs & restaurants near us, but we are happy to travel from Langley to Farnham Common because The Foresters has the best roast dinner for miles around.
