Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Uptown

This is an excellent dining experience - Dallas is lucky to have a Catch location. We got the oysters and the Shishito peppers. They were excellent (oysters were a normal size even though they said they’d be tiny, and were very good in flavor and texture). We got the MRC sushi roll for the table and had to order a second one because it was so good (I can’t put into words how good the sushi was we could come here and just get that). We got two of the crunchy rice cakes and two of the baked king crab hand rolls which were excellent. My partner got the New York Strip with wasabi butter which was a phenomenal add on I do recommend super unique and not very spicy. I got the wagyu fried rice and it was out of control. Dessert of Pistachio cheesecake and coconut milk ice cream was excellent as well. This is a return venue for us which is rare because Dallas has so many good restaurants constantly opening we almost never vow to return to a place but Catch will bring us back.

The service in this restaurant is outstanding. We've dined here 4-5 times, and every time it feels like family. We've visited NYC many times, and this restaurant feels like a family restaurant on Mulberry in Little Italy. The owner understands hospitality, friendliness and excellence. We will continue to return.

Loved it, as always. The selection of meats was good given it was lunch time. The service was great. The food tasted good.

Fantastic as always. I am usually not a fan of big hotel restaurants. But this one has delivered every time we have visited for a decade. The antelope is the only main I’ve ever ordered. It’s actually the reason for going. But everything (we always go with friends and share) on the menu is delicious. Top that with top level service as the server somehow knowing that I have always started my meals there with a Fearings Old Fashioned!?!?!? and one has the makings of a memorable evening and dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent menu, delicious food but a so so waitress. Would definitely go back again!
