If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great food and service. Seafood tower, oysters Rockefeller, wedge salad, filet mignon then key lime pie for dessert. Every course was fabulous Will definitely be back

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bistro 31! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. I also appreciated the cozy yet elegant ambiance of the restaurant—perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. Server was great, fun, experienced. The filet was perfectly cooked although for those not expecting it, the black pepper was heavy and thus might be too spicy for some. Not overpowering and personally enjoy it. Fish was also perfectly cooked and seasoned. Filet is served with french fries, which is a strange choice and frankly underwhelming (average). Would recommend doing a potato or other side with such a good cut of meat. Overall very much an old money HP clientele, but a great experience.

Al Bernaise is our go-to restaurant for special occasions. The filet, wedge salad & mushrooms are outstanding! As well as the service!

From the time we walked in until the time we left it was a great experience. The food was a 10/10. I have been to the Carbone in New York but this was my first time visiting the Dallas location and I must say the experience exceeded NYC. The waiters were amazing as well!
