Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Upcountry

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely fantastic evening at Ocean Organic Farm and Distillery in Upcountry Maui. The outdoor seating arrangements were perfect—spacious, comfortable, and offering a stunning view of the sunset that truly took our breath away. The ambiance was elevated even further with live music throughout the evening, creating a relaxed and enjoyable vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their enthusiasm for ensuring we had a great experience was evident, and their service was impeccable. The food was a true highlight. With all organic options, we enjoyed sampling a variety of dishes, including a perfectly cooked steak, fresh and flavorful Aji tuna, and a Stromboli that was absolutely divine. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality of the ingredients shone through. This is the perfect spot for a memorable meal with a view. We left feeling satisfied and grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Maui!

Spaghetti with pomodoro sauce and Buratta (added extra shrimp) was excellent! Chicken piccata was also good. Richard as our server and he was very knowledgeable and very attentive. We’d definitely go back. Next time we’d like to try the pizza as it looked so yummy!

From the moment we stepped into Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa, we were blown away by the ambiance, service, and, most importantly, the food! Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Even our two young children (3 and 6) loved their Starburst drinks and teriyaki steaks. A special shoutout to our server, Bryan, who truly elevated our evening. His knowledge of the menu, attentive service, and friendly demeanor made us feel so well taken care of. Storm was great‼️She was very attentive and gave wonderful Customer Service. The ladies at the front desk are always so accommodating. The food is yummy. My freind tried the new Lettuce wrap and loved it. Rick the Manager is outstanding in his overseeing the restaurant. Always a fantastic experience going to TB!
