- AAdrianManchester/Greater Manchester •16 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeen before and - as always - this visit was a pure delight. We were celebrating a birthday and it was a very special meal. Food was amazing (as always), expertly spiced. Not overpowering, but no hiding the delicious flavours. Fish, prawns and indeed everything else cooked to perfection. We’ll be back again I’m sure.More infoThe Cinnamon ClubPrice: Very Expensive• Indian• St. James's•4.6
- DDenisLondon •9 reviews5.0Dined on 7 Nov 2024A discreetly elegant setting for a memorable meal. The ox cheek is perfection, the winter root vegetable salad is a work of art, and the desserts are just too good to be legal. The service was flawlessly attentive and never obtrusive. Full marks all round.More infoThe PemPrice: Very Expensive• British• Westminster•4.6

- SWStephanieWKent •8 reviews4.0Dined on 26 Mar 2024The Orchard Room is a lovely part of the Conrad Hotel. We arrived for our afternoon tea, unsure of where to go and the lovely gentleman from the concierge walked us to The orchard Room. He then spoke to a man in a black suit to let him know we had arrived and our booking name. However what happened next was not professional. He was telling the concierge gentlemen to take us to our seats and kept pointing at the table, as though he was too busy. There was only one other table having afternnoon tea! Eventually another gentlemen appeared in a grey waistcoat and took us to our table. We were then advised that whatever we didn’t consume we could take home. Fast forward… we were then advised at the end that we couldn’t take anything home. We felt that the conversation previously taken place, was conflicting. I don’t mean to say, but the gentlemen could hardly speak English, so there was a little confusion his end. We booked The Orchard Room from an instagram recommendation. The afternoon tea is £65. For this price we would have expected from the beginning to be shown to our seats, as oppose to to the Manager being ‘too busy’ and palming his duties off onto the concierge. On a positive note the afternoon tea was excellent. The table display, the crockery was simply outstanding. We will not return sadly.More infoThe Orchard RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Westminster•4.3
