Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Our waitress Anna was awesome ! When eating with a 3 year old for breakfast it’s a little more challenging on the wait staff , but Anna had it all under control ! Great food greater service a little pricey for the breakfast buffet $40 per head but you get what you pay for ! Excellent experience , the entire hotel was awesome for our family of 7 trip !
