Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Piscataway

The best steakhouse in NJ and none other comes even a close second in comparison. The Boss in his RED Steakhouse 85 logo shirt, the staff simply amazing. Went with two kids and 6 adults and they treated us with so much patience with my allergies to seafood and my wife being a person who does not eat read meat ( go figure). The food you ask? OMG the bacon, the Calamari ( wife and friends who had it) and the Shrimp ( wife told me) just delicious and cooked to perfection along with the 40 Oz porterhouse ( medium) and my wife’s Veg Risotto layered with Cilantro Shrimp. Fabulassimo. Have lost count how many times I have been there but if you are in NJ, heck if are in NYC, this is where you should be coming if you like the Tomahawk, the Ribeye and baby the Porterhouse. We had a delicious dinner including appetizers, steaks, sides and desserts. We had NY Strips that were cooked to perfection. The cocktails were awesome as well. Service was friendly and attentive.

Food was wonderful ( lot of options on the menu) and the service was excellent. Was in town for business. Went twice the experience was so great! Will be back next visit.

Once again, terrific dinner at Dolce! Always a great time - Bene and his staff are absolutely the BEST!!

Red Lobster South Plainfield, NJ is a good choice! We ordered two very good meals, the Seafarer's Feast and the Mariner's Feast (both in the $30.00 price range.) One platter was Fried Shrimp, grilled Maine Lobster tail, Garlic Shrimp, and a skewer of 4 fantastic scallops. The other was Fried Shrimp, the skewer of scallops, and Salmon topped with Langostino sauce. Each came with a choice of two sides and the Cheddar Bay biscuits. Our choices were garden salad and mashed potatoes. Everything was very good! Our waiter was new but very concerned about doing a good job; he checked with us several times, and I also heard him asking another customer if his cocktail had come out the way he requested. That customer was also very satisfied and joked with the server. Another server who recognized us (I was surprised by that), came over just to ask how our grandchildren were doing because she remembered their photos from a previous visit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only real drawback to most of the Red Lobster chain is the somewhat dated decor. I can live with that.
