The experience was great. Our waitress was nice, accommodating, and friendly. The food was tasty as well. My one concern was the hostess who insisted we needed to leave because there was another reservation coming in for our table. I found her rude and unprofessional. There were plenty of open tables inside and outside of the restaurant that sat 4 people, which was the size of the table we were at. After spending the amount of money that we spent on brunch $600+ for 3 people, I would expect better service from a hostess. We were at the table less than 1.5 hours and she made it a point to ask us to leave. There is nothing that states that there is a time limit on reservations. Overall the experience was great outside of an overzealous hostess who does not know how to treat customers. Shame on her!! She almost ruined the experience. I hope the manager of the restaurant reads this review and invests in training for this one hostess on proper customer service protocols when dealing with customers. I’m sure the CEO of RH would not appreciate customers being treated this way.

Dining at La Grande Boucherie in New York was nothing short of a magical experience, made all the more memorable by the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Maria. From the moment we were seated, Maria brought an extraordinary blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine charm to the table. Her attentiveness was impeccable, ensuring every detail of our evening was seamless, yet she carried it all with such an effortless grace that made us feel completely at ease. Maria's vibrant personality added a personal touch to the evening, making it feel less like a dinner and more like a celebration. She had the rare ability to anticipate our needs without being intrusive and engaged us with her infectious energy and lovely demeanor. What truly set her apart, though, was the thoughtfulness she demonstrated at the end of the evening. As a token of kindness and to mark our last night in New York, Maria surprised us with a small, heartfelt gift. It was an incredibly touching gesture that we will treasure for years to come. La Grande Boucherie’s enchanting ambiance and delicious cuisine were unforgettable on their own, but it was Maria’s exceptional service that elevated the entire experience. Her warmth, charm, and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression and made our evening truly special

This review is for you, Hugh. It's not often that a restaurant hits from all angles- but it really did tonight @ Twin Tails. I had moderate expectations for a restaurant inside a mall but this restaurant really did it for me. To start, we had the most incredible waiter Hugh. He nailed the reccomendations and went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner with my college friends special. Must gets: whole fish dorado, mushroom rice rolls, green curry escargot, duck service, pistachio souffle. Nice to haves: prawn pad thai, chicken satay, peeky toe crab rice, chinese broccoli, rainbow sherbert cake. Highly reccomend giving twin tails a go. Beautiful ambiance, spacious tables, 10/10 from me.
