Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.     Superb quality steaks, we shared a fillet and a ribeye, cooked exactly how we asked. Great side dishes. The staff were excellent, knew their menu inside-out, answered all our questions. They even had all the answers to our questions about the amazing old court building we were in, and about the origins of the company. Overall a great evening.

    Lovely experience felt like such a treat staff were superb especially our waitress Katie. We shall be back thoroughly enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble she was helpful with me as I have lactose intolerance. Food was top notch fresh hot and I had the vegetable curry which was also really tasty. Thank you

    We went for the Wednesday "all you can eat" 6pm sitting for my wife's birthday. We were seated promptly, although the restaurant was quiet to be fair. Service was really good, took a quick drink order then the food service started with the soup and brioche. Once the main food service started it didn't stop :D. The staff just did rounds with the various dishes all of which were really tasty Excellent experience
