Was very disappointed in the upsell of a steak to my husband who does not like Waygu and presets his dine medium. Waiter told him he needs to go to a “luxury “ steak so it would not be dry. Ir arrived bloody rare. Sent it back and it wasn’t returned until I was done with mine. It was now medium rare still way too rare for his liking but apparently the restaurant decides how the steak should be cooked. He didn’t eat it and we left. The dog enjoyed the $100 steak.
