Taking hospitality back to its roots with a warm welcome from our genuinely friendly team breathing new life back into the heart of the community. The menu will offer daily, hyper-seasonal specials, and plenty of British game, meat and fish. Executive chef and owner, Jamie Dobbin is passionate about local sourcing and traditional dishes, such as Half dozen Porthilly rock oysters with shallot dressing, Brixham King scallops with burnt butter cauliflower and caviar or Portland hogget Shepherd’s pie with grilled cutlet. Serious meat lovers can expect 45 day aged native and rare breed steak on offer as well as a hero dish of Beef Wellington for two. Fish is of course wild, sustainable, and British, sourced from day boats on the South coast with the daily catch delivered straight to the door in a matter of hours. The owners seem to have successfully negotiated the transition from ordinary local pub, through gastro-pub, to up-market restaurant. The quality is excellent, although the higher prices do mean that we go there less often now, for special occasions rather than our regular meals out. They'll now have to change the name of the road to "No.15 Road"!

First time and we were not disappointed. For was fresh and different to the normal Indian fayre. It was a Christmas lunch so the Limitless Brunch was perfect with a few drinks and some really tasty food. Definitely going back to sample the rest of the menu.
