- MMaritessPhiladelphia County •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was my Dads 70th birthday and we did pick the right steakhouse for the special occasion. From the moment we arrived, there was a valet parking that is so convenient specially during cold night of December. Our table is set with a nice touch of small cute birthday decor . Then our waiter for the night Jimmy introduce himself. The service is excellent, they will explain and answer your question regarding the menu. They don't rush you and want you to just enjoy the food and the whole dining experience. We didn't order dessert since we are really full but Jimmy did bring out a small dessert for my dad with 70th birthday written in chocolate. It was our very first time and will not be our last.More info801 Chophouse - Tysons CornerPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Tysons•4.6

- RRyanAustin •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoMy experience at 2941 was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I dined there for her birthday, and we both ordered from the prix fixe menu. When we got there they gave us custom menus with her name on it, which I thought was pretty cool. I have a very severe nut allergy, and our server, I believe his name was Mike Z, took every precaution possible to ensure I was safe to eat there. The food was truly delicious also. I’m not much of a foodie, but everything we had was so good. We ordered the braised short ribs, and they fell apart in our mouths. Plus, we received two complimentary desserts on account of her birthday, and those were phenomenal as well. The service was outstanding, and though it wasn’t a cheap evening, it was manageable at the end of the night. I’ve paid much more for less food at restaurants in Ohio, so to get the quality of food and the beautiful setting at 2941 for less than I paid for at other places was a treat. When we were ready to leave, we asked for directions to the parking garage, and the hostess personally accompanied us to show us how to get to our car. The service was just wonderful all around. I’ll definitely be going back at some point!More info2941 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French American• Falls Church•4.9

- TTammyWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWaited 8 years for this! Totally worth it and nothing else like it here in the States. Lived and worked in UK in early 2000s and would eat here a few times a week! Fresh pressed/squeezed juices...nothing out of a carton here. Amazing flavors in every dish. Our server Bandit knows the menu and will guide you. The Tokyo sweet potato fries have juicy, tender steak. Our guest had the vegan Tokyo fries and said it was the best 'fake meat' dish ever. She (and I stole a bite too) also enjoyed her miso glazed cod over green tea noodles, my 8-yr-old picky eater son is a fan of the chicken gyoza ramen and declared it the best restaurant ever for food, server, decorations and music lol. I enjoyed the panko-breaded vegetarian (sweet potato and eggplant) curry. They have a promo for New Year's...4 plates and 4 drinks for $30 per person (3-6 pm I think; possibly bar only, but still... right?). UK owner/CEO visited restaurant this week and there's thoughts of opening in Reston Town Center, maybe Mosaic, but just some table-side gossip, so need fact-checking. I think they are in NYC already...maybe Houston? Either way, visit soon. You won't regret it and it will soon be part of your regular rotation. We did cheesecake and illy coffee across the street at the Cheesecake Factory for dessert, though I'm sure it would be fabulous at Wagamama's too. Please visit soon so we can keep this UK gem here!More infoWagamama ClarendonPrice: Expensive• Asian• Arlington•4.2
