Ambience was appealing, attractive and intimate setting, service was acceptable. Appetizers were outstanding as were the drinks. As for the main course my partner relished in her lamb chops, my NY strip was not tender, rather a bit tough. Will pass on this item next time. Overall, awesome place for a dinner and a good conversation.

Always love going to this restaurant. The food is outstanding, and the service is right on. We never feel rushed, the waitress and actually everyone seemed to really enjoy their job and were very polite.

First time there and already talking about going back. Great menu and we all shared our meals as they were wonderful which caused an initial hard time on deciding what to order - hence sharing our meals.

Although we had to wait awhile, Sarah our server was fantastic and so was our food!

The service was impeccable as well; our server was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find a place that excels in every area, but the Colonial Room at the Drake in Oakbrook truly does. Whether you're here for a holiday gathering or just a special meal, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
