- LLykkePortland / Oregon •1 review4.0Dined 6 days agoIt was generally a really nice experience. The best thing was definitely the servers - they were super attentive and kind. The kitchen staff was really accommodative since I don't eat dairy and meat. That said, there was so much sand in my mussels. The dish tasted great, but I didn't get one bite without sand. I carefully scooped the broth, since I could hear/feel all the sand on the bottom of my plate. It was pretty off putting to be honest. My husband enjoyed his pork, but it was lacking carbs. The wine was great! It's a small, curated drinks menu that was quite interesting and delicious. If you're sensitive to noise, this is not the place. The ambience is generally nice, but it's extremely noisy and you can barely hear what the person across from you is saying, which is probably why everyone is speaking so loudly.More infoStreet DiscoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• SE Portland•4.7
- HHeatherPortland / Oregon •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe started with drinks next store at Canard and then sat at the Counter in Le Pigeon. We enjoyed watching the food prep. We tried everything: the vegetarian menu, the omnivore menu, the reserve wine pairings and the non-alcoholic pairings. We're always impressed with the wine pairings but were really surprised by how good the non-alcoholic pairings were. The menus come with an additional supplemental dish--definitely get the extra dish. This is our favorite restaurant for celebrations and we had a great dinner!More infoLe PigeonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• SE Portland•4.9

The house red wine was lovely and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!More infoFallow's Rest WildPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• SE Portland•4.4
