Best Gluten Free Restaurants in East Nashville

This was our best dining experience was have reserved! Everything brought to the table was made to perfection from the maple bacon appetizer, salads, steak, sides, wine, and desserts. Shaun was an amazing server and provided the best recommendations to fit our wants and needs through the night. The atmosphere was perfect for a group dinner or romantic night out. We will be returning the next chance we get!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Etch!! The service was top notch, the food was delicious and presented exquisitely! The server knew the food and drink menu so well! They were very accommodating to my wife's gluten free needs. The red wine from Greece was amazing!! We enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer, gluten free bread rolls, Etch salad. And for the main course we had the Port and Filet, with a side of brussels sprouts. The banana flavored ice cream was delicious, being very light on the banana flavor. I hope to return soon.

10/10 experience. They have thought of every detail to curate a perfect vibe. The small, intimate 14 seat room makes it feel like you are connected to the chefs preparing each selection. The drink choices were unique and so delicious. It was hard to pick a favorite course because they were all so so good! Can’t wait to go back!! Def. worth staying up until midnight to snag that reservation!!

We had a breakfast meeting for 7 people, and Little Fib put together a table that was removed from the main dining area. Very nice setting for a business discussion. Great service. Thanks!

I’m a big fan of Emmy Squared, especially the Colony pizza. The combo of the crust with the crispy pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, and honey drizzle makes for a savory, sweet flavor. There are menu options for salads, sandwiches, burgers, and wings. I’ve yet to hear anyone complain about the menu or quality of the food. What could use some focus is the attention to detail with service. If someone orders wings, make sure they have enough napkins. If someone orders a pizza, make sure there are enough utensils at the table after the appetizers are cleared. The East Nashville location wasn’t particularly busy during our visit, but the wait staff wasn’t particularly focused on more than the basics. We had lags between requests and returns to the table. (And it’s not s big place like The Cheesecake Factory.) When a meal can be $30+ per person with drink and tip and you’re given paper napkins and canned sodas, the wait staff needs to bridge the gap and ensure the dining experience aligns with the price point.
