- DDavidWarwickshire •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoDelightful Christmas decorations at Quod as ever and lovely lively atmosphere but not at all too noisy, noisy as it sometimes can be. Delicious meal perfectly served; my beef carpaccio was sweet melt in your mouth lovely, my main of duck was rare as I like it, tender and tasty and the accompanying celeriac mash utterly delicious. A clementine sorbet to follow was perfect. Service was excellent (didn't catch the waiters name I'm afraid), so what more can you ask -it was quite expensive at £150 for two with wine and water as you might expect reflecting the quality!.More infoQuod Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• European• Oxford•4.5
- JJaneOxford/Oxfordshire •11 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe most beautiful restaurant especially in a window seat overlooking the river. The service is spot on- attentive but not at all intrusive eg when our water ran out it was quickly and quietly replaced before we’d even noticed. We were not hurried along and they didn’t rush to give us our bill. And the food is simply lovely; very attractively presented, very tasty and I just wish I could have eaten more. - RRichardWashington, D.C. Area •18 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe go about every other week, and bring friends and family when they come to visit us. t's probably my favorite here in Oxford. The food is consistently good, the soup is great and so are the appetizers. The service is friendly and efficient. We have lived in the far east, and had lots of "soups" from where they originate. This is, in my opinion, some of the best Pho I've had to date. The place is always stacked up for dinner, so you are best to make a booking.More infoPho OxfordPrice: Moderate• Vietnamese• Oxford•4.5
