A wonderful dining experience-warm, welcoming, excellent service and beautifully-presented, delicious meal. We all look forward to our next meal and dining experience at this lovely restaurant.

Service was friendly— really welcoming as we came in from a day of traveling. Good was phenomenal! From the first appetizer bites to the last morsel of cheesecake, everything we ordered was delicious. I was hesitant about my son ordering the bison carpaccio, but when it came out, it was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Both my sons and I really enjoyed the chef’s unique take on the dish. The venison rack was also a big hit for my boys and me… premium steak quality venison prepared in a manner appropriate for the relatively unique meat. We were hoping for just a pleasant meal at the end of a long journey. The Brickworks kitchen and serving staff well surpassed our expectations.

Sasha was an awesome chef and the food was great. We come here everytime we visit Whistler.
