Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Bakersfield

Valentine’s Day will always be busy. The staff at Tahoe Joes did a great job accommodating the heavy traffic. The hostesses worked well together. The waitress did not show and stress and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She checked on out table at least 5 times after we ordered. Food was very good. Thanks for the pleasant dinner.

We always have a great meal at Black Angus. The food is consistent and excellent as well as the service. The campfire feast is a great value and there are several choices for entrees. We would never order an appetizer or dessert but the special allows you to do that since they are included. What a great value and we leave with full stomachs!

I enjoy going to Vatos. Been there many times. But for the first time since I’ve been going there, I received excellent service from our server Hector. He was very nice, attentive, and on top of it.  I don’t leave reviews, but I felt like he deserved some acknowledgment. 

I had the nachos fries very good. Shrimp ceviche tostada I didn’t care for it. The shrimp is fully cooked shrimp I felt it was very flavorless. Chicharrón de pork belly comes over guacamole, the guacamole doesn’t seem fresh and wasn’t that good. The establishment is nice. I would try them out again just to try something else out. They have happy hour from 11-6.

The food is always so good here. Top quality for affordable prices. The date night deal is unbeatable! Too much food to be honest but not complaining! Will be back soon!
